Tasting Notes: Brilliant ruby red. Intensely fruity. Full-flavored with a wonderful freshness and harmony. Pair with a variety of plates, meats, pasta, spicy dishes.

Vinification: The must was vinified in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, pumped over twice a day during a period of maceration lasting 15 days. The wine was bottled after 4 months of tank rest (no time in barrels) and remained an additional 2 months in the bottle prior to being released into the market.
