Cask and stainless steel tank from 500 to 1,500 liters depending on
batch quantity. Fermentation lasts 5-15 days, 23-26 degrees C. No
malolactic fermentation. 6-8 months lees aging and no bâtonnage. Racked
twice. Aged in bottle one month. Tasting Notes: Elegant
roses in the nose and spicy sappiness on the palate, this wine isn't
opulent at all. With dry vinification and underlining acidity, this
Traminer is a straight food wine.
