Winemaking Notes: Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28° C with maceration lasting about two weeks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same tanks. Short wood aging completes the maturation. 

Tasting Notes: Vibrant, ruby red color. Fruity, delicate bouquet with ripe overtones. Palate is lush with a velvety, soft finish. Enjoy with salted meat and roasted meat.
