Val Vilaine is made from 35-year old Pinot Noir vines in the village of Polisy called Val Vilaine. This 1.49-hectare vineyard is owned by Bouchard's father but worked by Cedric. Stunning textural elegance and fabulous balance. Stonefruit, spices, and floral notes make up this seductive Champagne.

Vintage Notes: 2011 was a good, normal year, very similar to 2010 although the harvest took place early at the beginning of September, whereas the 2010 was harvested in the middle of the month.
