Ideal every day wine, that exalts flavors and richness of Italian cuisine. The fresh pleasantness of this wine is due to the distinctive acidity of Sangiovese, that gives it also a good body structure. 

Vinification is in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and maceration takes more then two weeks. A short aging in big oak barrels gives the finishing touch before bottling.
