'Lumiere' makes reference to the light that contributes to Eola-Amity Hills’ discernible qualities in Pinot Noir. Lumière is sourced from the warmer vineyard climate in the Walnut Hill area in Northern Eola-Amity Hills. This terroir wine is made from fruit sourced from Dubay and Three Angels on Walnut Road. Silky texture and dark fruits, layered with fine tannins and perfectly balanced acidity, come together in Jay’s newest AVA Pinot Noir.
