Winemaking Notes: Vinification takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats favoring prolonged contact of must with skins. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the month of November. Aging at first for at least 6-8 months in cement vats and then in the bottle for at least 6 more months.
Tasting Notes: The color is an intense ruby red with hints of purple. A persistent nose with rich nuances of wild berries and spice. It is a well-balanced, harmonious wine with a good structure and rich texture of sweet tannins. Pair with meat, game birds, and aged cheese.
