About: This is one of the most exciting new domaines in the Jura. This is a collaboration between a young couple and is a dedication to natural work in the vineyards as well as the cellars. They are located in Arbois and have been producing wine since 2005. They started on a mere 1.5 hectares of vineyards now farm just under 5 hectares. They make wines with the intention of extracting very site specific expression. Each wine they make is mono-varietal and comes from a small plot within Arbois. Since 2009 they have been producing all of their wines without the addition of SO2.
