Winemaking Notes: Grapes were picked at 19 Brix and 3.0 pH and whole-cluster pressed into a 2000 gallon jacketed tank. Champagne yeast EC1118 was used for fermentation. After sterile filtration the wine chilled to preserve as much dissolved CO2 as possible. It aged for 3 months in stainless steel. Bottled early, Brouhaha retains the fruity esters of fermentation, along with some of the spritz.

Tasting Notes: Nose exhibits green apples and wet stones with a hint of petrol in the background. Passion fruit, lime and exotic citrus with a petulant, mouthwatering and refreshing finale on the palate. This easy-drinking, porch-pounding beauty of a white wine shows the freshness of youth, with sprightly acidity, low alcohol, and a long, dry finish.
