Charles Bieler was introduced to the wines of Bullas by his good friend Norrel Robertson. Norrel is a very talented winemaker from Scotland who has been making exciting wines from Spain for the last 10 years. Loving the wines of Bullas, Charles decided to pair up with Norrel to make a Monastrell (Mourvedre) rosé. This rosé is similar to how Charles makes his rosé in Provence and Washington; however Numero Tres is bigger and juicier. It has the fruit, acid and savory balance that makes for a proper rosé!
